Comment: This tenchog has eleven panels, four of which open as doors. Each panel shows a central lobed cartouche with floral designs painted in gold. A tenchog is usually placed in temples and places of prayer. The surface is used as an altar upon which statues, offerings and books can be placed. The interior serves as storage for ritual items that are not in use.
